joan smitties amish pretzel bread stuffing/filling recipe

pretzel filling/smitties amish turkey stuffing


6 Smitties gourmet sourdough soft pretzels or smitties pretzel rolls torn in small pieces /website http://smittiessoftpretzelonline.webstarts.com/

soft bread cut up in cubes, 2 cups

1 cup chopped onion

1 stick butter

2 raw eggs stirred

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 cup milk or broth

Pepper to taste

¼ cup fresh or dried parsley /chop if fresh

no salt needed if using salted soft pretzels



Saute onion & celery in butter until soft. Mix in pretzels & bread and remaining ingredients.

either stuff turkey or….
